Terms and Conditions:    Blackswan Artworks PVT. LTD  {Mera Wedding Photography and Videography Services}

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Blackswan Artworks PVT. LTD  {Mera Wedding Photography and Videography Services} your trusted partner in capturing the precious moments of your special day. Based in Bangalore, we are committed to delivering exceptional photography and videography services to make your wedding unforgettable. These terms and conditions govern our engagement and outline the framework within which our services are provided.

 

2. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Confirmation: To secure our services for your event, a non-refundable deposit, as stipulated in the invoice provided, is required. Upon receipt of this deposit, your booking will be confirmed.

  • Payment: Full payment is due before the commencement of our photography or videography services, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

  • Cancellation: We understand that circumstances may change. Therefore, we offer a refund for cancellations made up to 35 days before the scheduled event. Cancellations within this timeframe are subject to a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit already paid. Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit or incur additional charges, as outlined in our agreement.

 

3. Services

  • Scope: We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality photography and videography services as outlined and agreed upon in writing. Any modifications to the agreed-upon services must be communicated in writing and may result in additional charges.

  • Timing: We strive to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and duration of services. Any extension of time beyond the initial agreement is subject to availability and may incur supplementary charges.

  • Creative Control: While we welcome your input and suggestions, we retain creative control over the composition and editing of the photographs and videos to ensure a consistent and professional outcome.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Cooperation: We rely on your cooperation to facilitate the smooth execution of our services. Please provide us with any necessary information and assistance to ensure the success of our collaboration.

  • Venue Access: It is the client's responsibility to ensure our timely access to the venue(s) at the agreed-upon times, allowing us to fulfill our obligations effectively.

  • Guest Cooperation: We kindly request that you inform your guests and relevant parties about our presence and request their cooperation during photography and videography sessions to achieve optimal results.

 

5. Delivery

  • Timeline: While we endeavor to deliver the final edited photographs and videos within the agreed-upon timeframe, please note that specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

  • Format: The photographs and videos will be delivered in the format mutually agreed upon in writing during the booking process.

  • Revisions: Following the delivery of the final product, minor revisions may be requested within a reasonable timeframe. Additional revisions beyond this scope may be subject to additional charges.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • Copyright: All photographs and videos captured remain the intellectual property of Mera Wedding Photography and Videography Services, unless otherwise stipulated in writing.

  • Usage Rights: The client is granted personal, non-commercial usage rights to the photographs and videos for their private enjoyment. Any commercial usage requires prior written consent and may be subject to additional fees.

 

7. Liability

  • Limitation: Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client.

  • Indemnity: By engaging our services, you agree to indemnify us against any claims or liabilities arising from your actions or omissions during the event.

 

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or acts of terrorism.

 

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.

 

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing, and your continued engagement with our services will constitute acceptance of these amendments.
